This article intends to reflect about contemporary social, political and economic setting, relating it with sensitive technological advance and with growing influence of companies/organizations/corporations on the behavior of society. It specially considers the period between second half of 20 century and the present, choosing Sustainability Report (2014) and Natura company website – one of 20 selected in Maiores e Melhores ranking organized by Exame magazine – as object of analysis. We intend to find usability aspects considering 10 Nielsen heuristics. After, we connect usability use with effort to promote interactivity with the public: a basic principle of organizations that practice sustainability and Corporation Social Responsibility actions.
