Propuesta teórica-metodológica para un análisis del campo científico de la comunicación política en América Latina

Abstract

A methodologic-theoretical approach is proposed with the aim to understand researchers´s perspectives on politics communication as a scientific field. Under Bourdieu´s theories and using bibliometrics technics, Social Network Analysis and the results of triangulation of semi-structured interviews made to recognized experts in the field, we identified political communication as a vibrant and changing area that makes it a rich discipline to be analized.
