Abstract

After nearly a decade of guidelines established on the digital TV system in Brazil, it is important to clarify how broadcasters have adapted, in particular regional, since it is they who have a closer relationship with local public and at the same time, for commercial reasons, may have more difficulties in implementing the full digitization system. Therefore, when establishing such appointment this article contributes to the development and digital system studies acquired by regional stations located in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. Brazilian digital system that is understandable had a major technical planning, subdivided into several categories, but is paralyzed to be implemented in stations.
