Abstract

The work is the analysis of statements in interviews granted by investigative journalists exclusively for this search. Were selected journalists who published reports as references in production and have had some sort of recognition. It was, therefore, those who have obtained national and/or international awards, with reports that turned certain realities, the past 10 years. We also made a literature review of investigative journalism concepts and report to, from then, analyze the opinions of journalists, linking them to related literature. In general, expressed a defense of the report, considering the digital technologies and the reality of traditional media. It was also noted a concern regarding the maintenance of the principles and values of journalism in relation to these changes.
